My Property Vine are specialists in HMO Guaranteed Rent also known as Rent to Rent, our brand vision represents the vine.  A vine incorporates wrapping and winding as it grows, the vine equals strength, progress, partnership, endurance, promise, survival and friendship. This mirrors the relationship we strive for with our clients.

With over ten years experience we can help you soar your property portfolio and expand faster than you have ever thought possible.  We require properties for long term rental and in return we guarantee to pay you a fixed rent. The benefits of the arrangement is that your rental income is guaranteed regardless of whether the tenants who live at the property pays the rent or if the property becomes empty. We would also take care of any maintenance or damage to the property and return the property back to you in the same condition as when we took it. This gives you the landlord complete peace of mind and long term security.

We require properties all over the UK. 

HMO

We require the property to be HMO compliant, we dont require it to be licenced as we will acquire this.

GUARANTEED RENT

We will guarantee the rent for seven years in a governement backed scheme.

BILLS

There are no bills we will cover it all! You just pay for your insurance.
